Important: HealthKit data is processed locally on your device and is never uploaded to our servers. ShareMyPlate only accesses the specific HealthKit data types you authorize, and you can revoke this access at any time through the iOS Settings app or within ShareMyPlate's settings.

We use HealthKit data solely to:

• Adjust your daily calorie and nutrition targets based on your activity level
• Provide workout-based nutrition recommendations using AI
• Log your meal nutrition to Apple Health for consolidated health tracking
